Ashley Fox is the Co-Founder and Premiere Instructor of Foxy Fitness and Pole NYC & New Jersey. Her favorite thing about pole is how it challenges you physically and mentally, while still allowing creative expression. She has been training pole for over 10 years and counting.

She has competed in over 35 professional pole championships. Her recent titles are the 2019 American Pole League Senior Woman’s Sport Champion, the 2018 Pole Classic at Pole Expo Overall Champion, and the 2018 Pole Sport Organization National Pole Champion.

Outside of pole, Ashley enjoys eating lots of vegan food, traveling, music, and creative writing. Ms. Fox strives to spread health, love and peace through pole dancing.
