X-Pole TV Memberships are strictly non-refundable.

Monthly Recurring Memberships can be cancelled at any time during the current billing cycle and will terminate immediately. No pro-rated refunds are provided for early termination of monthly recurring memberships.

Products purchased through this site are fulfilled by X-Pole USA and cannot be returned for refund or exchange unless defective. Defective products will 100% be replaced. All goods are quality checked before shipping. In the unlikely event of a product defect, please contact info@xpoleus.com and we will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you.

In case of an incorrect item dispatch, the shipment cost for returning the product and for the replacement item will be the sole responsibility of the purchaser unless otherwise agreed in writing by XPOLEUS, LLC prior to return. 
Any damaged or incomplete deliveries must be reported to us within 48 hours of you receiving the goods. Please save the packaging and send us as much evidence as you can (eg photos, descriptions etc).
