Broadly known as Nicole ‘The Pole’ Williams, she was one of the pioneers in the pole industry, the owner of Allure Dance LA and was the first African American to create a pole dance instructional DVD series. She has a media heavy resume that reads like an A-list celebrity with TV appearances on The Ellen Show, Access Hollywood, CBS The Insider & more. Rihanna made it rain on her in the Pour It Up video, she stopped Ne-Yo dead in his tracks in a scene from the music video for She Knows, performed on stage with Bruno Mars at the 2013 MTV European Music Awards and has been featured in several other popular music videos.
Nicole began pole dancing in 2007 and taught herself at home by watching YouTube videos. At the time she was a personal trainer, a total tomboy and had no dance background. She fell in love with the acrobatic & sensual aspects of pole dance which helped her to step into her femininity and connect with women from all walks of life. “I love how the sport & art form has grown over the years and that it’s created so many female entrepreneurs.”
Nicole travels the world performing and teaching workshops. She also offers small group classes, private lessons and train-cations where you can stay with her and do a full mind, body & spirit intensive at her private studio in Los Angeles, CA.
